Body Positioning Bike Fit - £175 (inclusive of free follow up session)
Road and MTB
Duration 2.5 - 3 hours

 The Body Positioning Bike Fit  includes:

  • Pre-fit interview
  • Pre-fit physical assessment
  • Current bike position analysis using motion capture software
  • Pedalling analysis using software
  • Footware assessment and cleat set-up
  • Bike fit carried out on the bike fit jig, or on your own bike with an adjustable stem and handlebars fitted- all bike positioning is collaborative work between the cyclist and the bike fitter, using feedback from the rider, as well as visual observations from the bike fitter. 
  • MTB fits will additionally utilize the Elite Rizer to replicate climbing and descending positioning on bike.
  • Cleat float positioning
  • Saddle fitting where required
  • Replication of new position on customers bike if using the jig, with analysis of your new position using motion capture software
  • Bike fit report to be e-mailed post bike fit

Your body will take 3 to 4 weeks to adapt to any changes made during the bike fit, during this time we recommend not to exceed 70% effort during any training rides. We will contact you between 6 and 8 weeks after the bike fit to assess how the new position feels. At this point should you require it we will get you in for a free follow up session to make any necessary alterations to your positioning. We believe this to be an important part of the process as we want you to be happy and confident with your bike fit at Peak Performance Cycle Solutions

Frame Finder Bike Fit £225
This will consist of 2 separate sessions (as well as a free follow up session)
Duration 1st session 2-2.5 hours
Duration 2nd session 2 hours

We offer a bike fitting service for customers who wish to be properly sized and fitted before they purchase a new bike. This service ensures that you purchase the correct size frame fitted with the correct size components for your specific bike fit. Once you have purchased your new bike, bring it into the studio to be set-up, and you are all set to hit the road in the best position for you straight away.  

The frame sizing bike fit follows the same process as the comprehensive bike fit, however the 1st session is all carried out on the bike fit jig, and the 2nd session is carried out on your new bike.

TT / Triathlon Bike Fit - £195
Duration 3-3.5 hours  (inclusive of free follow up session)

 The TT / Triathlon Bike Fit  includes:

  • Pre-fit interview
  • Pre-fit physical assessment
  • Current bike position analysis using motion capture software
  • Pedalling analysis using software
  • Footware assessment and cleat set-up
  • Bike fit carried out on the bike fit jig, or on your own bike with an adjustable stem and handlebars fitted- all bike positioning is collaborative work between the cyclist and the bike fitter, using feedback from the rider, as well as visual observations from the bike fitter. 
  • Cleat float positioning

Foot Activation - £50
*Available with all Bike Fit sessions offered*
Duration 1-1.5 hours

What is the purpose of foot activation?

• Decreasing asymmetrical compensation mechanisms 

• Increasing symmetry of movement and function 

• Increasing stability, power and endurance 

• Reducing the risks of over use injuries 

• Reducing neural stress – helps our endurance or sustainable workload

What does foot activation involve?

98% of all cyclists would benefit from foot activation, where we increase the proprioception of the foot by engaging the central nervous system, through the use of insoles, wedges and shims where necessary.
